Chicago has had 3 teams win a championship (Blackhawks, Sox, and Cubs)

If you consider Newark part of New York, then New York has done it. (Devils, Yankees, Giants)

LA has had the Kings, Ducks, and Lakers win a championship.

As far as I can tell, Boston is the only team to do it in all 4 sports over the last 20 years.
