geared towards you. Everything. They know what it takes to get you, to keep you satisfied, to get you set up with the right people and to help you get to the next level. Lesser programs don't really know how to do that because they don't have the resources and don't have much experience at it.

Good players will still get drafted and have a chance at the next level. They just won't have as much working in their favor as a blue blood player will.
