Between Mizzou and ULL.
In the regular season ULL was 0-1 against top 25 RPI teams and 2-0 against top 26-50 teams. LOL that’s 3 total games against teams in the top 50, all year long. Then they went 1-2 against Ole Miss in the tournament. So final figures, they were 1-3 against top 25, 2-0 against top 50. 6 total games, 3 of them coming in the NCAA tournament where they couldn’t duck the competition.
Here are Mizzous numbers for the season:
11 top 25 wins to ULLs 1. 6 more wins against top 26-50 teams to their 2. 17 top 50 wins to ULLs 3. Mizzou played 36 games against top 50 teams. ULL played 6.
To say Martin is taking a step down in competition is an understatement. By a factor of about a thousand.
