an article stating that despite his anti-war campaign promises his administration had already fired missles into more countries than had any of his predecessors going back to at least WWII.

Obama seemed to have his share of neo-cons in top advisory positions as well, and apparently had no qualms about funding Al Quida & ISIS warriors & training them despite prior warnings about the likely consequences of doing so.
