Pickett starting last year, Geist/Vanleer starting the year before that....Cuonzo seems to have a pattern of finding a guy who logically doesn't seem suited for a big role and trusting them in one. Mike Anderson kind of did that too.

I think it is more reasonable to expect that there will be some large surprise in the rotation next year than it is reasonable to think it will go as we currently expect it to.
