and then state the OLC guidelines, and then leave it up to the AG for final say. He never stated if he would have went forth with prosecution even absent of the OLC guidelines. Also, no other member of the Trump admin was charged with obstruction.

And what are we supposed to "wait" for? Mueller said nothing different than what was in his report.
