Specifically due to what you say. If Harris were capable of starting at Mizzou next season, he would have been a starter while he was here as a freshman.

He ignores the fact that there's a reason it didn't work out here, and that would not have changed if Harris did not change, which given that he transferred shows that he was not willing to do so.
