costs are so high is that we pay for R&D for the world.

Do you know why prescription drugs cost so much? It takes a shlt ton of money research, test and then produce them. A cost that we alone bear because the rest of the world demands affordable drugs and someone has to pay the freight.

Why do people come from all over the world for US medical care if it is such a poor product? It is not, that is a lie your side tells. US medical care is the best in the world for those that regularly use it and do not wait until an emergency and go to the ER.
