I give LA a B- this year

Yes she and the team exceeded expectations but she could have done better in two areas.
Pitcher Development: LA is suppose to be a terrific pitching coach but didn't develop any other options after Norman, Daniel, and Gasper. With 7 pitchers on the roster more arms should've be ready this year.
Line-up adjustment: I've stated we needed 8 runs p/g to win and there's too much talent on the roster not to. More OF players should've gotten ABs. And 2B should've been changed mid-season.
Will be interesting what she does with Martin and Bailey next year.
