My recommendation: do not use one of the large service providers who advertise heavily on local TV in your area. I was lucky to live next to an older longtime local guy who new about just about everything & everybody in town. He knew of a 60 y.o. guy who had a heating/air biz who had brought his son on when he became an adult. Along with a couple other long timers, they have customers raving who had previously been stuck with the big guys always looking to upsell.
