NCAA Softball Post Season Teams Will Be Announced Today

..at 8pm CoMO time. MU's RPI as of last Monday was #30. There are 24 teams whose RPI is lower than ours who have automatically qualified based on being conference champions. Assuming our RPI remains pretty much the same and that all 29 teams with higher RPI's than ours are at large selections, it means that the NCAA would have to pick around 11 teams whose RPI's are lower than ours for us to be left out.

I know many of you are convinced that the NCAA is out to get us. I may begin to agree with you if we are left out.
