Pickett is spot on.

People who really know the game and were paying attention can see that, being a year older, Pickett was more ready to contribute right out of the gate, but he is closer to his ceiling then Watson. Watson has more room to grow. Pickett is a nice glue guy and a good guy to have on your team and can be a solid contributor. Watson has the potential to be elite.
