field. Young was a considerably better rebounder and defender (particularly as an offensive rebounder).


Tilmon was more bang vs bust in terms of how much he could impact a particular game or not impact one much at all and Young was just consistently slightly above avg. But the difference wasn't to the level it was meaningful, they were pretty comparable players those seasons.
