Hall's best skill was his speed. He was lacking in a lot of the wr skills such as getting separation, route running, high pointing, hands. I have no idea of how he was at recognizing coverages. He primarily ran the go route so there was not a lot of other route running to see how good or bad he was. He preferred to use the cradle to catch, which eliminates high pointing and off your feet catches. His separation skills mostly relied on his speed.
His injuries certainly would likely be a concern for NFL people, but I don't think that alone would run them off.
He will have his chance to chance some minds. Hope he can!
