had something to do with him not getting drafted. That, and the fact he drops more passes than he should, might have given GMs/coaches some doubts as to whether he was worth spending a draft pick on.
When you consider that a few other good receivers from Mizzou (such as L'Damien Washington) were never drafted, I guess it comes as no surprise. But I hope Hall makes the Bears, stays healthy and shows the world what he can do.
