traded for an always mediocre-at-best QB who refuses to work with or accept any other QB on his roster to compete with him

Elway has become a national joke regarding the QB position

Luckily... since Flacco is no good, he's sure to lose his job sooner than later. Will then get cut, and Lock will have the position to himself hopefully
