Democratic party’s nominee answer me this. Is Biden a better candidate than Hillary ‘16?

I think Biden is already red carpeted and their best chance against Trump. It may not seem that way now because he’s in the process of getting his skeletons baked in but come the real 2020 Democratic primary those skeletons will be ancient history.
