D'Angelo Allen, or Jakoby Kemp are what I'd classify as a late flier. They were players who weren't skilled enough to get an earlier offer and teams are more willing to take a shot on them late in the game. Brown's talent isn't why he's available. HIs coach being fired is why he's available.
