first class training facility and the guys who are in there 7 days a week lifting, running and taking advantage of the supplement kiosk which is part of their food plan can develop into better football players. The same can be said for the national powerhouse wrestling team.
Those guys can literally train their way from a 2 or 3 star recruit to a 4 or 5 star football player or wrestler.
With basketball players I'm sure core and legs help but it isn't as much of a direct correlation to the ability to train in the weight room and develop into a better player on the basketball court.
