Here's a thought re: cheating coaches

I don't think cheating coaches should be allowed to move to another school and get off relatively Scott-free when their former school is slapped with sanctions. Yes, I know that a few coaches get hit with show-cause penalties, but many escape to other schools and start all over again while their previous employer gets punished for actions perpetrated by them I think it would be a step in the right direction if the NCAA made it clear that if a coach is responsible for NCAA violations (even if he's moved on), he still gets some major crap thrown his way. Maybe up to and including a one-year ban from coaching. As it stands now, the rewards outweigh the risks.
