Obviously he is not in conflict of the definition as outlined in the Constitution, as that is hundreds of years old and not applicable in many ways to modern society.
But essentially every action he has undertaken since even before becoming elected has at the core been an attempt to betray one's country. That is essentially the only thing he does, either directly or indirectly.
