How you recruit and build your roster too.
Part of why I advocate a recruiting plan of
2 kids ranked 40-75 and 1 kid ranked 100-150 each year.
It gives you balance. It gives you guys that generally won't try to go pro after their first year or two. It gives you what should be a pretty well defined top 7-8 guys in the rotation. It gives you quality developmental depth and some guys that can step in for an early departure or two. It generally leaves you with one open scholarship to use for a variety of reasons. And you should never have a big rebuild. You just keep cruising along like Nova or UNC have in recent years.
