How do you watch games covered by tier 1/2 rights?

Those aren't on ESPN+, are they?

Those aren't on free broadcast TV for most schools, either, last I checked.

So if you want all Big 12 games, you'll still need some kind of traditional or streaming live TV in addition to ESPN+.
