Mueller is by the book. If the AG doesnt think there is evidence to prosecute, then that is that.

I do think the public deserves to know more than it currently does.

And I do believe that the appropriate Congressional groups be privy to the unredacted findings of the report as well.

I do think that Barr made up his mind that a POTUS cannot obstruct before the report was finished. That seems like a problem, to me.
