You are ok with a candidate/campaign meeting with a foreign, adversarial govt with the specific intent to obtain illegally stolen information about that candidate/campaign's political opposition?
I am not.
Now, onto your whatabout: Am I ok with Hillary's campaign continuing to pay for a conservative PAC's opposition research (Fusion GPS, based in D.C) into the Trump/Russia affairs? Fusion GPS then paid a former CIA and MI6 agent to look into dirt on Trump's relationship with Russia. Am I ok with that? Without being a part of the political elite in D.C., I really wouldnt know how strange that is. I assume that happens in every national election.
The fact that you cant reconcile the difference between those is your problem, however.
