There seems to be a lot of smoke around his recruiting. Apparently he has gone a full year without even attending a high school game.

The word is that maybe he doesn't want to develop players. Dude is more of an NBA coach and wants older and more finished projects, thus the fact that his teams are essentially all transfers.
