You are just completely stupid.
One of my repeat companions on Boy Scout canoe trips was a boy in the troop with Downs Syndrome.
He originally went from Cub Scouts/Webelos to a troop composed of ALL special needs kids. I remember meeting him on Scout Sunday and the crossover ceremony later and was sad that he wasn't coming into our troop because this kind and gentle spirit would teach us much about ourselves.
A year later, that troop ended up folding and his mother came to our committee meeting to ask about transferring him to our troop. It was a quick and unanimous decision to welcome him into the troop.
His brothers were all Eagle Scouts from our troop and his father now had health problems which prevented him from participating in many of our outdoor activities. But his mother was there for many of them and canoeing was one where she gave him space to "be with the guys".
So you are saying his, and our, world would have been better off if he'd been aborted?
I was honored to speak as a guest at his Eagle Court of Honor. It was the same day as the last MU-KU football game at Arrowhead and the choice of going to the game versus going to his Court of Honor was an easy one.
