You could see opposing teams had a book on him. Get your arms on him, and he'll hook you.
Martin had been talking to officials to make sure that if the contact is initiated from the other player, it's not a foul, which paid off against Georgia when Claxton twice tried to bait him into a hook and hold. Still, he needs to break that habit (and others) when it comes to how he handles contact.
The other part is containing his emotions, but I think if he cuts out some of those habits the opportunities for him to lose his cool will drop, too.
