going to lie to the investigators and tried to stop the investigation?

The only crimes against Americans so far are process crimes. Without the investigation, those crimes would never have happened.

If you actually believe that the head of the executive branch can obstruct justice, which I do not, it can only happen if he somehow impedes an investigation into an actual crime. You are conceding that there was no crime here so what exactly did he obstruct?
