They were typically 4A, before they added the 5th class and dropped the "A" designation.
MSHSAA went to 5 classes in 2002-03. Vashon won the class 4 title in 2004, but vacated it due to ineligible players.
In 2005, they moved up to class 5 and finished runner-up to Poplar Bluff and the Hansbroughs. Again, they vacated that due to ineligible players. Vashon was rated #1 in the country going into that game.
In 2006, they once again vacated the class 5 title.
