They could probably reduce it by one class but it would take some work.

I forget who I saw proposing it years ago, but I like the idea of Missouri doing away with our high school conferences and building things around districts better.
Some of these conferences stretch halfway across the state. That article also claimed that Missouri and kansas are the only states that have high school conferences..... at least in the Midwest.
