we've spent a zillion dollars on government education and the kids are still stupid. Maybe spend that money elsewhere or at least spend it better.
But that would be racist.
Or we say that our generous welfare system is a powerful incentive NOT TO WORK. Maybe reduce it or spend it elsewhere.
But that would be racist.
Or, we are being invaded by unskilled non english speaking people including terrorists with no intent or desire to assimilate into american culture, streaming virtually unchecked through our southern border. We allow them in if they promise to appear in court. Duh.
Then we pay to educate, medicate and incarcerate them for their life and the lives of their families. Maybe we should build a friggin wall.
