What do you do to facilitate the babies who are birthed?

I find people who are just pro-birth and not truly pro-life, hypocritical. I just talked with a friend who tried to foster a 7 year old but couldn't because the child is already incorrigible, attacking teachers. So many resources are used trying to mainstream the problem children nonraised by people who carried them to birth but could care less. Like you, I'm anti-abortion but what is it you do?
