I thought NK was already "no longer a nuclear threat", and that trump was entering into some "historic" agreement.
The bottom line is that NK's underground nuke site imploded, setting their nuke program back years. Kim is playing trump, buying time as he rebuilds his nuke program. NK has no interest in disarming - it doesn't matter WHO is the US POTUS, they aren't giving up the nukes.
Only a fool would think that NK was sincere in disarming.
