There a lot of bad coaches at every level that win games based purely on talent...but the really good coaches beat those more talented teams a lot of times. You see that in all sports....Does CCM need more talent? Heck yes we need a elite or two to get us over the hump but CCM has this team playing defense and hustling in a hard nose way most of the time. If he can get a stud or two we are very very competitive in the next few years.
