Basic morality and decency. His team is the Democrat/socialist party. That's where his loyalties lie. He cannot criticize them. That would be disloyal.

I think this is the part where he will say that he once criticized Lord Obama, his black Marxist, for being too timid. That I think is supposed to show his evenhandedness and his non partisan perspective.
