But what about disparate impact? It doesn't have to be racist by design to be racist and its implications.
If this country is so far gone, that it cannot dredge up the moral courage to not kill infants born alive, then maybe this issue needs to be addressed on political/racist grounds.
Look where we are as a country. An infant child, born alive, lying in a doctor's office is allowed to be killed.
Someone please defend this to me. Someone tell me how this is the woman's body and she can do with it what she wants.
How old can the child be and still be legally killed? An hour, a day, a couple weeks...?
