black on white crimes are motivated to some degree by race.

We are supposed to believe, we are required to believe that each and every act of aggression by any white person against any black person for any reason is a de facto hate crime. Based on race and white racism.

Slamdunk, settled science, game over. No discussion is needed, and none is permitted.

But the hundreds of thousands of crimes with blacks assaulting, raping, killing white people are never, ever, friggin ever motivated to any degree at all by race.

Not a single time, never.
