He is crucifying Manafort while completely ignoring almost identical behavior with Podesta. He is biased, and willing to use the heavy hand of the federal government to batter those in his gun sights into mistakes he can then turn into a grandiose "lying to the FBI" charge. All charges against Trump associates are alleged process crimes, not a single charge of a single crime that predates the hoax. His method is to create enough noise to allow him to sell a conspiracy to those willing to believe, so he can continue the coverup.
