1. Not very smart
2,. Trying to simplify a very complex issue
It is the same thing when people say only one thing will grow an economy..or only one thing that will hurt the economy. There are many paths to help an economy, and many paths to hurt an economy.
But this is what all of these so called NGO institutes do....they love to put together studies that will get people to get behind them to support or go against a certainly policy.
