Basically glorified henna tattoos that last a month or two, and people are paying a lot of money for it.
I think we've hit the point where nearly half of young people have at least one legit tattoo. That may be that saturation point. Therefore a new market is needed, and thus the growth of the semi-permanent tattoo.
