NONE. The ladies were sitting in the stands Friday night before our game and Vickie Fogue (Softball Director Of Ops or some such title) introduced me to them as a team supporter so I just took the opportunity to talk to them.
The dugouts are easily approachable from the stands so I just walked up and got the coaches attention.
But I was actually in the team dugout before the ku game. For the first few years I lived in CA my official state auto license plate was BEAT KU. I still have it and took it to the game. Just before first pitch I walked up to the dugout with it and Vickie asked the girls for attention. I yelled, "HERE'S THE PLAN FOR TODAY", hesitated for a couple seconds and held the sign up. Cheers from the players!
For me, that was extremely cool. And to Jmill88, the team was so pleased with my antic that they took a picture of me and the license plate. You can see it on the MU softball twitter page.
