by all as being moral or immoral, right or wrong... and the same morality would apply to all people.

Relativism, on the other hand, would be something that is not based upon objective truth, but subjective feelings and can be different from person to person and from time to time within any person's life.

"Stealing is immoral." would be an example of objective morality.

Some would posit that it depends upon the person. A moral relativist might contend, for instance, that whether or not stealing is wrong depends upon what you believe. If you think stealing from someone is wrong then it is morally wrong for you, but if I think it is ok, then it could be a moral action for me.
