from the thoughts and writings of men. The differences between the Old Testament and New Testament are accounted for in the different dominant cultural beliefs. The New Testament books written by Paul heavily borrow from Greek philosphers, particularly in regards to the body & soul.

Galatians 5:16-26 is basically taken straight from Plato.

The Torah similarly mirrors the laws of cultures around them like the Babylonians and Assyrians.

So anyone looking at the Bible from a non-Christian perspective, but from historical research will not find any supernaturally derived moral code.
