The information discovery part was in progress, but the raid was initiated by Obama. They even built a mock house (to mimic Bin Laden’s) somewhere. Besides, I don’t think a raid was in place for over two years.

But that type of disinformation was out out there to avoid giving obama any credit.. and it worked.
