De Sousa has every right to be POd as penalty was only on him. KU should be celebrating that they received no real penalty. De Sousa should have been suspended for this year and allowed to transfer and play elsewhere next year. The NCAAs new mantra in the Adidas scandal is to penalize the players and not the schools or coaches. Give the NCAA an opportunity and you know they will do the wrong thing.
