close all schools....schools become polling centers

you go to any school...in your home district or not.

Show some form of ID/sign up, whatever.

You go to a school computer which has your local ballot on it. You vote....it prints a receipt which you leave on your way out.

Only reason for not voting on election day would basically be that you are out of the country....keep polls open from like 7 am eastern until 8 pm Hawaii time...or something like that.
