IF both parties actually wanted high participation - which one party decidedly does not want.

- We could implement - yes national holiday. Right now we have one to "celebrate" natin birth but not its continued existence, and that is kinda odd.
- Provide 24 hour voting period.
- Online voting
- Increase early voting availability

OK, not a thousand but many ways to do this.
