... do change quite a bit mentally after that age. I don't feel like he's really that comfortable in his own skin yet - a bit self-conscious ... has a lot to learn ...

That said, he has a delightful personality and hopefully that will never change.

He's gotten better and better throughout his stay at Missouri, and will probably continue to improve as a pro. With his arm, he might be a guy who can play for 15 years. Many QBs have better wheels these days but some don't ... we'll see.
