removing people from driving at that moment if they are impaired and a clear threat.

Violating posted safety restrictions - lights, speeds, etc. I have zero issue with points adding up which could lead to restricted licensing/use.

I don't agree with criminalizing non-victim behaviors, but support reactions which a) remove an immediate threat and b) disincentive continued negligence up to and includind suspension of privileges.

I would similarly want the same from private carriers/providers.
